Mike at the counter is by far one of the most helpful people I’ve dealt with at a lot of these supply houses.
Mike is great and best place to get parts from. Real knowledgeable people and great customer service.
I’m sorry. These guys seem to have a problem answering their phone. When I call the other branch in town, I get an answer every time. at the Sentinel branch, I am out on hold for over 20 minutes on a regular basis so that now, I dread having to call. Someone needs to light a fire under management’s tail and improve some processes at this store.
Guys are fast and friendly.alot better than a lot of other companys
