This store has the worst customer service. The front desk staff is rude and unprofessional. They do not know how to treat and respect customers.
I love parts Plus for the fact they do not sell to the public and help the contractors so we don't have to worry about customers fixing their own equipment never had an issue at any of the locations always got quality service from the staff

They aren't open to the public, so don't waste your time going there.
My service was terrible not only will I never go back but I will also never recommend purchasing Lenox to anyone. These guys are good at what is called "gas lighting" if you don't know what that is ....look it up.
