Chris and Ivan are incredibly helpful i always head here or call and ask these guys tons of questions and they always get me right!!!its a nice touch that they add drinks and some snacks right at the door so you can snag one on the way out! Edit:after reading some reviews some folks have there standards way to high. This store does amazing at getting you in and out and folks need to realize it takes time to pull the equipment they can’t just snap their figures and make it appear

Hold times can be a little long, but staff is always helpful, manager is fair, and I have yet to receive any damaged equipment.
On hold 20 minutes, phone is answered and immediately hung up. Called again, now been on hold 10 more minutes. Still no answer, this is why I will never sell lennox. Customer service is absolute trash, doesn't matter what store, in any state. Garbage company
