Disappointed. Called them. Waited like seven minutes and then they hang up the second. You can’t hear them properly. Blending is such a pain in the butt to deal with. Update: Manager personally responded to me and deeply apologized for how busy they have been and helped me figure everything out herself. Problem has been resolved. Grateful for their customer service.
