Support through the office and the crisis team are seriously lacking. Never encountered a crisis team that hung up on clients before dealing with Kingston and Napanee AMHS. I could understand if a person was screaming at them or swearing at them but because they don't like the way you talk to them or that you struggle to control your volume?
