My mother has had her car to Kurt 3 times for the same exact problem (transmission fluid keeps leaking onto the garage floor). The last two times he hasn't provided her with a receipt, so we don't even know if it's an issue with faulty parts (which we could then get replaced at no cost through the parts companies) or just shoddy work.
