Stonehaven community in Jefferesonton Virginia. Do NOT buy, the customer service is horrible. They make excuses for the shotty material they use. My Loan officer Samantha Phucas was exceptional , helped me with everything and always gave me prompt responses , never had to wait to clear things in my mind since it was my first time home buying process and had tons of questions, but thanks to her she made me verything go well so smooth
Lennar misrepresented our home in our listing, and when contacted about it absolutely ghosted. I’m now in touch with local government, the previous land owners, and consulting with legal to bring a formal suit since no remediation has happened. Not only did they violate our trust, it is also illegal to do what they did. Extremely unhappy.
