We closed our home today and our escrow offer lennar title Marie Guerrero she was very sweet and calm and did our process in just 15 mins
On December 31, 2024, at 9:17 AM, the lady at the front desk was unfriendly. The lender was sending flowers to their client at closing to congratulate them on their new home. We delivered over 100 titles, and this is the only title company that has been unwelcoming. The client was already sitting on the couch, but she falsely claimed they were not there yet. This will be my first and last time using Lennar Title. The customer service is abysmal and there is no urgency to resolve issues.
This was our first time buying a home, so we had a lot of questions and things we wanted to understand better. Throughout the whole process, Bryan Neal was able to communicate with us and answer all of our home loan/financing questions we had, and talk with us about what unfamiliar terms and practices meant. Thanks to his help, we had a much better understanding of what we were doing and could feel more confident moving forward. The paperwork side of things wasn't too difficult either. Thank you so much for your hard work!
