Shocked at how much I enjoyed the closing experience with Nancy. If you need to choose a Title company I can't recommend Lennar Title enough. Any negative reviews seem to be a result of decisions made by Lennar Mortgage, which is a completely different story in terms of how they treat people. Lennar Title restored my hope that there is still some decency left in the mortgage meat grinder.
We had a great experience closing here. Friendly and helpful staff. We would recommend Lennar Title.
Not sure why they made us travel 2 hours to sign a couple papers. Would have been fine if they reimbursed us for our time and gas. It's not like we didn't pay them enough.
Last October I bought a house and used this tittle company. When I try to file taxes, I found that they paid real eatate agent brocker admin fee using my funds and included that into closing costs. Typically brocker admin fee should come from the seller. The seller is Lennar itself, so probably they did that to save themselves money. I wanted to sort things out and to get the closing cost receipts for my taxes. Therefore, I emailed /called them several times, but nobody is answering.
