Unprofessional and careless. Lennar Title submitted incorrect information to the county regarding my property. I am now forced to go through the frustrating process of fixing their mistakes one by one on my own. Save yourself the stress and double-check everything they do, or use a different title company if you have the choice.

Beware Lennar Title adds unnecessary charges to closing costs. Charged for Optional Owner's Title Insurance that Lennar Title took the liberty of adding to closing disclosure. We asked for it to be removed prior to closing and they pressured us by saying it would delay closing which would result in additional charges.
