Si quieren tener algo de paz y tranquilidad esta es la comunidad menos indicada para vivir, los vecinos se piensan que viven solos sin nadie a sus alrededores, música alta en los patios todos los fines de semanas hasta altas horas en la madrugada. Terrible organization The trash containers are always full and in bad conditions Dog waste everywhere No proper public lights. The pool has been in construction for over a year and a half. And the tow company always takes away cars, even in the guest spots they’ll take away your car. File a complain and call the association, I’ll take months for a proper response. Awful experience!!!!
If I could do it all over again I wouldn’t buy from Lennar. Very rushed poor material and contractors. My house has been falling apart since I moved in I wish I could take it all back. No pet stations for as much as people live here and dogs and don’t let me get started on the trash. Just so much trash and rats running around because of this in the area. I truly regret it all…
