Great team and Company.
Worst home buying experience of our life. Poorest construction quality, they always blame the trades for that, but Lennar was the one choosing them and paying them the bare minimum. Lennar will do whatever they can to avoid responsibility to fix their mistakes and if you complain to them about their poor quality, one of their so-called “vice presidents” will call you and bully you and retaliate by not fixing anything they avoided fixing at all cost in the first place. Do not buy a home here. Three days after closing on my home in Lennar Verse Trails, I noticed the HVAC unit was making a loud grinding noise. I immediately reported it to Lennar but they didn't send anyone to evaluate it until five months later. It's now been nine months since I first reported the issue and they are refusing to fix it, claiming it's normal. The grinding is loud enough to wake me from my sleep and too disruptive throughout the day for me to work. They haven't offered any solution and when I escalated this to ... read more
