I will make sure all my family and friends know that Lennar is one of the worst Developers out there. My house has a 2-ton ac for a 1,864 sqft home. The AC should have 3-tons to be able cooldown the home quickly. My A/C technician informed me that the air conditioner installed by Lennar is a 2-ton unit instead of the 3-ton unit my home requires. One of the biggest mistakes I've made in years is buying a Lennar home. Their sales lied about appliances and upgrades and HOA. We didn't learn about the lies until late in the process, when it was too late to walk away. We were very frustrated. The mortgage team used some underwriting protocols that were extremely unusual. 60+ days late closing. Poor communication ongoing. No house keys or mailbox keys 3 weeks after closing. Would not buy Lennar if I could do over again. No one knows who has the keys - constant chaos on most fronts. Beware!
