We had an excellent experience with Lennar Mortgage, and Clif Ridenhour was outstanding throughout the entire process. He was professional, knowledgeable, and consistently responsive to our questions. Clif made the mortgage process smooth and well-organized, ensuring everything stayed on track for a timely closing. The process was great. However, the HOA is terrible. I thought I was buying a home in a safe neighborhood. LENNAR should have had a privacy fence built around the community for safety and security. Random people cut through the neighborhood and yards. Gunshots fired regularly. Loud music behind Housing and constant blowing of trash from other neighborhood flows into my yard. People living in woods behind multiple homes.
Thank you, Brad, for being so wonderful and gracious to my son and I during the entire process. Being a first-time home buyer, it can be overwhelming, but you were there assisting us with all of the paperwork. It has been a pleasure to work with you all!
The entire process was very smooth. Definitely will recommend to friends and family.
