Mortgage process disorganized. They sell your loan and don’t communicate who the new owner is or how to pay. Loan officer Clif seems to be constantly on vacation. Unreal, never seen anything like it except maybe the government.

The process was great. However, the HOA is terrible. I thought I was buying a home in a safe neighborhood. LENNAR should have had a privacy fence built around the community for safety and security. Random people cut through the neighborhood and yards. Gunshots fired regularly. Loud music behind Housing and constant blowing of trash from other neighborhood flows into my yard. People living in woods behind multiple homes.
