Toxic land to live on, ironically people still decide to buy homes on this hill.
Anyone looking to buy a house here should be mentally prepared for strangers wandering around your home. Just this month, there was a serious incident where a camera was found in the greenbelt! The $500 monthly HOA fee is a complete waste of money because the security guards are incredibly irresponsible. This is a NON-GATED community! The developer does not prioritize resident safety. I have lived here for almost two years, and many residents have reported safety concerns to the HOA. However, the HOA claims it is the developer’s responsibility to build a proper gate. The current gate allows unrestricted access, and security personnel do not check visitors at all. To make matters worse, we recently discovered a few hidden cameras tucked away in park corners—this is alarming. It makes no sense that we pay over $500 in HOA fees... read more
