Working with Lennar Las Vegas Division has been a frustrating experience. The biggest issue is how difficult it is to deal with the purchasing department and construction field managers. These two departments clearly have friction—one will make a decision and the other will do the exact opposite. This creates unnecessary delays and affects trade workers, who are stuck repeating work that should have been done right the first time. I bought a home. Very Bad experience. The sales person told you everything included, but he removed the options. Do not sign until you go through each of the items. Very bad business practice.

We purchased our home in 7/2018 and most things looks good until you get into the details. Firstly, the attic insulation was not up to code and under filled, so some areas of the house was too hot during summer/colder in winter with draft. Installation was uneven and even down to 8 inches in some area and exposed drywall in other. To code is around 11-12 inches and evenly spread. Worst customer service agent. guy is a slime and puts a very bad taste in your mouth and does not represent them well.
