Worse home quality, brought house 4 years ago, already have so many issues, floor squeaky, leaking ceiling already. Contact the lennar, they don't wanna fix leak. Don't buy house Lennar Homes. Build quality is terrible.
You know about the paper thin walls and windows and poor construction but what many don’t know about Lennar is how they put the cost of the common area clubhouse, landscaping, ponds, parks of their neighborhoods back onto residents.
