We had a leak through the kitchen ceiling and laundry room. Lennar has not responded about the damages caused by the leak. We have a concern of mold exposure. Once the leak was stopped, they just left without providing cleaning help and never talked to us again. Don’t even think about buying or renting in Westgate. Terrible build quality, filthy neighborhood, no snow removal, untreated swamp retaining pools with stagnate water full of West Nile virus. The Ganges is cleaner. There’s no lighting at the entrances, complained 100 times. I was told by the maintenance that Lennar refuses to pay $177.00 per month to have the lights on.
