RUN! paint will peel with painter tape. The mortgage company loan is a mess. They are in the business of pushing numbers. They are putting temporary balconies to close. Closing without actually fixing anything on the final walk through. I can go on and on. Find any other builder. You're just a number for them. Lied during the loan process.
We purchased in Stonington. We’ve had cracked tile on our bathroom tiles since our move in May. Lennar has not responded and has given no date of repair. We are going to have to pay for a new floor out of our own pocket. There are many other ignored service issues in our new home.
