Awful service and repairs. Also they keep ur deposit. That’s the game they play.
Looking to strike a working relationship that is beneficial to both parties.
Construction and Sales teams are terrible they never get anything done, false promises and liars! No coordination and communication between them either.
Do NOT buy a Lennar Home! Their service after you move in is terrible at best! The finish and electrical work is sloppy. Communication between the service advisor and the homeowner to fix issues is ALWAYS stonewalled! I have tried to get my exterior repainted due to not meeting industry standards. All they did was a partial repaint TWICE and that makes the house look two tone. This has been going on 15 months with NO resolution
Poor service we had ever seen before in the US. Please do not buy the house from this location. Kerri Burgner is a very bad sales we met. After we signed the closing doc until today is already one month and she had not released the mailbox keys to us. We have to go to the post office to pick up our mail every day. And we contact the CAR and will work with sue this sales and Lennar builder.
