Awful service and repairs. Also they keep ur deposit. That’s the game they play.

Construction and Sales teams are terrible they never get anything done, false promises and liars! No coordination and communication between them either.
Do NOT buy a Lennar Home! Their service after you move in is terrible at best! The finish and electrical work is sloppy. Communication between the service advisor and the homeowner to fix issues is ALWAYS stonewalled! I have tried to get my exterior repainted due to not meeting industry standards. All they did was a partial repaint TWICE and that makes the house look two tone. This has been going on 15 months with NO resolution
