Beware of Lennar Homes, I bought one of their tract homes and after a few weeks my floor tiles started popping, electrical circuits kept blowing and the AC is constantly being repaired already . After trying to negotiate with them under home warranty they had a handyman come out and fix some of the problems and were willing to write me a check for the other problems for 2,000. Everyone knows that you can barely get anything done for that, it was insulting. They don't stand behind their work
