I purchased a home on 11/16/23. Within a month I have had to call for repairs. They scheduled the repair 3 different times and no one showed up. This is a joke, who want to deals with that? Customer service is simply awful or nonexistent. This house is supposed to be under warranty for a year until the house is fully settled. I can understand that, but they are certain I shouldn’t have to call about already, but worst than that is them telling you that you should be doing certain repairs. The homes were absolutely beautiful, great kitchens, great basements and were staged so well. The surrounding community and landscaping were awesome as well.
