I purchased a Lennar home built in 2015, it is the worst build quality I could ever imagine. I purchased the home in 2019 and there were already several issues. The Sheetrock is terrible, after painting the walls with eggshell paint the tape joints and screw marks were very evident, also there is texture popping out of screws all over the house.
