House came with a few issues but Lennar of Orlando has and is addressing issues and are resolving them as I write this review.
Theres not enough time in the day to express how poorly these homes are built. So many issues with nails sticking out of the sheetrock and covered with paint. Patio had nails sticking up and painted over.. all the doors needed to be repaintef because they closed them as it was drying. Master closet door fell out and hit me in the head and put a blood clot on my foot. Lawn was made from a forest down the road mixed with lots of tree roots weeds and sand… garage door vibrates and makes loud noises as it seems to have no lubric... read more
