Lennar is so bad I had to call my Senator today. WARNING DO NOT BUY FROM LENNAR. Unlike you other people that just talk shit, I'm taking them to court.
Here's another story supporting their low ratings... we agreed in writing on a price for a house and was approved for the loan the following day... then get notified price increased over $30k!!! Then we're told prices are subject to change when asking about it... Oh and by the way... we saw a ServePro van in the driveway of one of their move in ready homes... turns out a water line was leaking from the ceiling and broke through the drywall... brand new house...
to say the least im fed up with my home buying experience. we closed on the home april 10th. signed documents. they are still asking me for things 3 months later regarding my banking. what prompted me to write this review is now i have to ask my grandma for documentation of her sister who offed herself and left us money. Im so over it they are making me think we shouldn't have bought from this company.
