Here's another story supporting their low ratings... we agreed in writing on a price for a house and was approved for the loan the following day... then get notified price increased over $30k!!! Then we're told prices are subject to change when asking about it... Oh and by the way... we saw a ServePro van in the driveway of one of their move in ready homes... turns out a water line was leaking from the ceiling and broke through the drywall... brand new house...
to say the least im fed up with my home buying experience. we closed on the home april 10th. signed documents. they are still asking me for things 3 months later regarding my banking. what prompted me to write this review is now i have to ask my grandma for documentation of her sister who offed herself and left us money. Im so over it they are making me think we shouldn't have bought from this company. The only reason I gave 1 star was because I couldn’t write a review without at least selecting one. But they don’t even deserve that!!! NO ONE should consider purchasing a home through Lennar. They are the worst. My situation came down to me knowing I wouldn’t qualify for the loan after all based on the Conditions from the underwriter. I informed her and she sent my loan to the loan officer Andrew Reyes and he created a document for them to keep my Earnest Money with the comment of “buyer changed plans”, which was obviously ... read more
I'm a customer from when Rasch Colman own Ridge View in Seguin..Lennar has acquired the community now. I live on the end cap of Sky Pl, I complain 2 weeks ago about weed grown-up near my property was told by Adam that the lawn service would be out to cut. Nothing has happened if it was up to HOA I would have a email already to cut my grass..
I have been going through the process of purchasing a home with lennar. The unprofessionalism and lack of communication is ridiculous. My husband and I will most likely be forfeiting our $600 deposit due to the disrespect and unprofessionalism we have experienced in trying to purchase a home.
