They have very poor workmanship, and their customer service is useless, they will dismiss major issues with the home as "normal", or minor or simply as things they have no intension to fix. I'm talking about a brand new home with foundation issues and AC issues. I had to fight tooth and nail with them about the AC dumping water all over the decking in the attic and that was prior to closing on the house. Absolutely terrible experience from start to finish. Here's the list: 1. They pressure you to use their in-house lenders, impose ridiculous fees when using your own, use scare tactics to sway customers into their financing. 2. Their in-house title company is equally as terrible, no communication, ignored customer and realtor emails, screened phone calls (quite literally heard our closer in the background scoff and ask to say they were busy), delayed closing BY DAYS, bad attitude from staff.
