Buyers beware: My experience with Lennar at Wynwood at FoxCreek was unsatisfactory. It appears that Lennar does not prefer to work with realtors, and if they do, they increase your price by $20k to accommodate the realtor. For instance, they sold a Meridian floor plan for $460,000 on 11/27/24 (see attached picture). However, when I visited on 1/21/25 and offered $475,000, including paying my own realtor fees, they declined.
