My house is leaking for the 2nd time in the first two years. First it was the flashing under the window now the roof is leaking and water is coming in to the attic. It smells moldy. Still waiting for someone to call me back for the after hours number.
Buyer beware. Lennar does a lot of subpar cosmetic work. We had a list of items from our inspection that were supposed to be completed (fixed) before closing. Most just never happened by them. They make you wait for a couple months where you can’t see the house or get an inspection because it’s not done. Then they create a false sense of urgency to rush you through to close in the last couple weeks so you don’t have time to get follow up inspections. Alejandra Torres was very helpful, she was always available and walked me & my wife through the whole home buying process. Unfortunately our application was not approved but she helped us get all deposit back. If I have another opportunity to purchase in the future I would definitely reach out to Alejandra.
