Terrible customer service I closed on my house end of March. I was promised everything that wasn’t completed would be done by May 27th 2019. It is not almost 2 months past that day and there are multiple things still not done. Communication is terrible the so call responsible LEAD BOSSES blow you off and do not respond half the time. After I sell this house I will take my time on finding the right builder these guys are unreliable I have issues from work just being done carelessly and the unfinished stuff still not completed... read more
If you are build your home with Lennar calatlantic expect unfinished stuff when they newer gona be fixed like caulk uneven backyard with sinkholes and many more on it (see pictures )
