BEWARE!!! I own a Lennar home & also a Realtor. They are the cheapest builder for a reason. They go as cheap as possible on everything. Several warranty requests within 1st year. For agents, they go cheap on commission, putting you in an awkward spot with clients by deducting $1,500 off commissions. CONSUMERS BEWARE!!!
