I visited the model home at Lennar at Westwind, and it was beautiful! Great layout, high-quality finishes, and thoughtful design. Definitely worth a visit!
Makes decisions arbitrarily with nobody held accountable. Be prepared to deal with the HOA from hell as everything has to be approved by a “committee” that nobody can tell you who it is. You can ask for a phone call, they will then proceed to tell the middle man that they won’t take a call.
