Nothing but a nightmare after closing. Home has serious issues & city ignored them. Permits weren’t approved & they didn’t disclose that when I closed. Insulation & serious water damage bc they don’t follow code. Stairs were not leveled & not within code. Lennar didn’t want to fix it but Stair contractor insisted. Issues with deck, garage, duradeck framing separation, & more. Google the nightmares this company has brought to MD residents across MoCo, PG & Charles.
