Nothing but a nightmare after closing. Home has serious issues & city ignored them. Permits weren’t approved & they didn’t disclose that when I closed. Insulation & serious water damage bc they don’t follow code. Stairs were not leveled & not within code. Lennar didn’t want to fix it but Stair contractor insisted.
