This is the type of person you having managing your company.
I feel like this community has been neglected by Lennar since inception. The homeowners have no representation on the HOA and are just expected to pay their 850+ annual dues and keep their heads down. Lennar runs the show until they pack up, cash is counted and they are out the door. The rental to owner-occupied ratio has gotten way out of hand with high-teen percentage of homes being occupied by tenants.
