The place was clean and the bathrooms were fine, the lot was clean, and the people were polite and pleasant, but the order taking and order making left something to be desired. I had to repeat myself three times and show my coupon twice to get a dollar off. It was like she was not listening. Wonderful experience with the Lennar team at Watermark! Jennifer Finlay made our home buying experience great with her responsiveness and knowledge. Carly Mason (Home Concierge) and Matt (Construction Manager) have also been super helpful with their extensive knowledge and support even after closing. I would highly recommend anyone looking for a home to reach out and join us in the Lennar Watermark community.
We bought a Lennar home and had an excellent experience, and to everyone in this process, we are extremely grateful they made it as seeming less as possible. The community is nice. I had a terrible experience with the sales agent and upper management. They will tell you what you want to hear but will not answer their phone after you sign. One of the worst communication and business practices I have been a part of. If you are to buy in this community I recommend bringing in an outside Realtor to represent you as the Lennar sales agent will only be in the best interest of the builder.
