Be careful with new builds. They do not have keys for your mailbox ready and no timeframe on when we will get one. No warning before closing. Their response to this situation was ‘Just drive to Lancaster(25min) to the post office for your mail’.

Where do I begin… this builder should not be able to ever build again!! One year in my floors started popping up due to being installed improperly and also found out there’s no moisture barrier under the flooring as well. My back door was installed improperly and begin to leak two years in. And I’ve had 5 doors fall off the hinge in the past three years.
