Had a pleasant experience working with the sales consultant to purchase a rental for my mom's portfolio. The homes are functional and aesthetically pleasing. Love the built in smart features. Getting the keys was a little confusing, though it didn't help that closing occurred in late December. After figuring it out, it's been smooth.
