Love living at the new house. They have plenty of amenities for things to do and many different paths for dog walking. I feel it can only get better with the more people and the more infrastructure they build around the houses
Our experience with Lennar has been top notch from start to finish! We worked with Sarah Lafler and toured just about every community in the east valley. She was incredibly accommodating, professional, and really listened to all of our requirements for our home! She fought for us when we needed to move our deposit to a different lot and made sure we were happy with our home! Theresa Mitchell at Lennar is the best! So nice and approachable from the start, she genuinely wants to help you find what is best for you. She seems experienced and knows her stuff. We did not end up buying here but had to share how amazing Theresa is!
