Had a pleasant experience working with the sales consultant to purchase a rental for my mom's portfolio. The homes are functional and aesthetically pleasing. Love the built in smart features. Getting the keys was a little confusing, though it didn't help that closing occurred in late December. After figuring it out, it's been smooth.

I spent almost half a million on a home at Wales Ranch less than two months ago. I had an electrician install Pendant lights and ceilings fans only to find out that Lennar did not have power to the 3 of the Pendant lights. I had another electrician take a look at it and he said the same thing, costing me additional money out of pocket. Then recently we noticed that when hitting a switch on one of the rooms it resets the breaker.
