We have lived here for almost 8 years and I’ve seen a major decline in the area. The HOA/Lennar/ Wildwood management do not Have our neighborhoods best interest in mind. The pools are always in disrepair, we have never had a company that has kept them clean. We also do not have any security cameras, and therefore the pools are being destroyed along with the amenities. We will never buy another Lennar home, and wr make sure to let people know we do not recommend them. Dont let the pretty pictures fool you. There are 2 pools in Voss and both are frequently green and disgusting despite numerous complaints to our Lennar run HOA. No pool furniture because it was ruined and never replaced. Those are the only two "amenities" available other than our clubhouse and "playground" which is literally an empty field and 4 swings. Avoid this builder like the plague. Terrible build quality. The warranty is not great and the issues continue to keep coming on four years removed from purchasing a “brand new”!home. Their pitch is everything included… everything including all the problems. Pipes not properly glued; patches of drywall missing above cabinets. House shifting excessively, drywall falling off the walls.
You unreliable and constantly lying people work on connecting to our neighborhood every single day yet say that they cannot get a lawnmower into this space that they now own, yeah, you have heavier equipment in this area every single day. we paid to have moved for three additional years, this Greenbelt/utility easement needs to be maintained, if a fire starts, it’s gonna be your fault.
