UPDATE: Ceiling has been leaking due to poor installation of solar panels and the builder rep told me to just paint over where the damage is. No attempt to rectify. Worthless. Do NOT buy here!! Bought my house October 2022. Fence started falling over within 10 months because they built the drainage ditch behind my house too close to the fence.
