UPDATE: Ceiling has been leaking due to poor installation of solar panels and the builder rep told me to just paint over where the damage is. No attempt to rectify. Worthless. Do NOT buy here!! Bought my house October 2022. Fence started falling over within 10 months because they built the drainage ditch behind my house too close to the fence. WARNING!!! DO NOT BUY LENNAR!!!! As a first-time homebuyer we were new to the experience we did a lot of research we had a relator and a really good mentor helping us through the process. When we were looking the process was great. We met Morgan who did sales on the 1story homes she was very nice the first time meeting her. .
