If we assume a 30-year loan at 6.5 percent interest, with a traditional 20 percent down payment, that means you can likely afford a home of about $310,000, Do you have homes for that? NOT
My family had a horrible experience with the staff in this office. Today my husband and children arrived to the Lennar office to speak with staff regarding a home that is a quick move in property. It was raining and cold the office was locked but the realtor inside who I believe is Chad proceeded to talk with a customer inside and ignore our attempts to get his attention. We knocked and waved. These new homes are fabulous. Although the location is a bit secluded, the value and quality of these homes are unequivocally borderline luxurious. And they have good yards too.
