I got the help I needed being a first time home buyer who hasn't had a lot of experience. There have been some headaches, but that’s to be expected with construction these days. Lennar did the right thing when it came down to it. I am very appreciative of the work they put in to turn me to a satisfied customer.
Worst of the worst. Cheaply built, construction managers and office workers that lie to you while your house is being built, and then warranty managers that definitely don’t wanna help when obvious defects are shown. My house and all of my neighbors have had various issues, from mold to roof leaks, the cheapest flooring possible, and countless other things. Everything is a battle and nothing gets done correctly. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. I could post a hundred pictures but that’s overkill, just don’t buy from this company.
