We bought our home from Lennar about a year and a half ago. As I had a previous career in building custom homes, all I can say is to stay far away from Lennar because the build quality and warranty team are complete garbage. Here is my list of problems. 1-Sales team lies about how the house is built & doesn't update you on any policy changes even if you made it clear a building technique was important to you. 2-Fireplace wall/tile is crooked. 3-Masterbath shower pan creaks. 4-Subfloor squeaks because they do not use screws b... read more
Heather in the office is great. Dustin who takes care of the warranty issues is very quick to respond, patient, and works with us to get things taken care of. There are always going to be issues with a new build. Was the painting a little sloppy, yes, but it will get touched up. Were there a few other things that need addressed as far as workmanship goes, sure, but again you have an entire year for head to toe warranty.
