Poor experience with the sales and construction team. They didn’t put in a line item for a problem for a house I’m getting during initial walkthrough and now they’re saying it’s not a line item for them to fix. The tile job in the house is horrible and they’re saying they won’t fix it because the person at the initial walkthrough refused to put it into the list of things to fix.
