Karen was a constant support and always there for us to answer any questions. She was patient and kind and I felt so comfortable working with her on a purchase of a home. She kept in touch with me along the journey and was always available by phone anytime I reached out to her. I’m not sure I would have purchased the home if it were not for Karen’s patience and follow through. She made the entire process exciting and less stressful. It felt like I was working with a friend.
Excellent location, close to temple , close to many grocery stores, eateries and restaurants. Residents are very friendly and there is a very active club with many events actively managed. Good choice for moving in if you are planning on downsizing!

We initially saw houses in Lennar in 2023 and finally bought one recently. During this time, John Parin was in constant touch and provided information on availability, price shifts and incentives that eventually helped us to make a decision to buy. John was very responsive and prompt in providing the information that we requested multiple times.
