The community is beautiful. , but the driveways are cracking after a while, and they are not fixing it as promised.. The other issue There are snakes coming out from the forest Longwood Drive area.. After living there for one year now, I know this is not the community for me. But good luck to those who buy.
Karen was a constant support and always there for us to answer any questions. She was patient and kind and I felt so comfortable working with her on a purchase of a home. She kept in touch with me along the journey and was always available by phone anytime I reached out to her. I’m not sure I would have purchased the home if it were not for Karen’s patience and follow through. She made the entire process exciting and less stressful. It felt like I was working with a friend.
Excellent location, close to temple , close to many grocery stores, eateries and restaurants. Residents are very friendly and there is a very active club with many events actively managed. Good choice for moving in if you are planning on downsizing!
Was a pleasure working with John Parlin during the process of finalising our home at Venue. John was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and made the entire process stress free for us. Thank you again John.
