My family has had a deeply disappointing experience visiting Venue in Monroe where my parents recently moved. They’ve been generous about inviting us to use the amenities, and we finally got the chance to visit on Father’s Day. Per community rules, children are only allowed in the indoor pool on Sundays. When we arrived around 3:15 PM, the indoor pool’s lifeguard was on a scheduled lunch break until 4 PM, leaving the area completely empty. John Parin, our sales agent at the Venue in Monroe NJ, did a spectacular job. From visiting a few times, explaining items over and over, always with a smile, we couldn’t be happier. Very knowledgeable and friendly. He assisted us with every aspect of buying a new home from the very start, thru the process, and was always reachable and helpful even afterwards. The best.
