Nice community located in Morris County, really convenient to shopping, dining and recreational activities. Good value for money invested, nice grounds, still has units available.

I was going to purchase a Monterey unit through Christine back in 2023. I was told I would be put on the list and that I would be next. Months go by no call from Christine, so I decide to call her back and ask if there any units were released. She replied over the phone, "oh I already sold a few units. I don't know how you got taken off the list. The next batch is coming out soon, but the price will be $100k more."
