This builder has no respect for the business relationship that you foster with them during the time you are planning to purchase your home. We first visited in February 2025 and worked with Sam. Nice community located in Morris County, really convenient to shopping, dining and recreational activities. Good value for money invested, nice grounds, still has units available.
Good experience with Lennar. Sam, our sales agent, is always responsive, clearly communicating, and reliable.
We worked with Sam at this community. He is very knowledgeable, experienced and works on a high level of professionalism. I would recommend Lennar home builders to anyone that is considering to buy new construction.
