Lennar has 1 star and a 1.2 customer review rating on the Better Business Bureau for a reason. Please read all the complaints here and there before making a decision to buy from them. This builder has no respect for the business relationship that you foster with them during the time you are planning to purchase your home. We first visited in February 2025 and worked with Sam. Within a month we decided we were definitely interested. Since it wasn’t released yet he said we were the first ‘on the list’ for when it’s available. ... read more

Nice community located in Morris County, really convenient to shopping, dining and recreational activities. Good value for money invested, nice grounds, still has units available.
