The HOA fees are ridiculous!!! You have to pay two HOA’s one for your community where your home is located and one for the whole community. The HOA rules are strict, no parking outside your garage, no holiday decorations out early. No decorative lights strung on any rails. Homes are over priced made with the cheapest materials.
