Houses are nice, small backyards. The sales person are rude and not professional
The area, community is good. Only thing there is no shops nearby, for everything you have to drive 20 mins. Atheist.
This place is a bullshit. Asked us to come and said they can’t give us a tour which we went for. They don’t value customers time, very rude and unprofessional service. Don’t recommend them. Totally fraudulent.
These homes are cookie cutter, cheaply made, and WAY TOO CLOSE TOGETHER. They have built hundreds of homes here but the freeway is 2 lanes....it is already a major commuter freeway. These traffic problems will only get worse. What greedy people....Screw You Lennar Homes. 580 cannot handle this development but you did it anyway!!! Image shows traffic at 5am...imagine at 6 or 7am. Imagine when it rains. Imagine when all the houses have families in them a year from now. I bet the developers don't live in this mess.
They have great floor options with several different builders and great views to the city.
