This builder han no concept of doing the job the right way.
Run, save your money for a real home. Worst first home buying experience. The absolute worst company to have build your home. I had 3 Walkthroughs because they found a broken garage, bathroom doors without locks, messed up dry wall, cracking/rising new tile to be acceptable for a new home for closing. Absolutely heartless company. Starting construction at two or three in the morning not caring who they keep up or how to fix them. Typical for corporate greedy America. See one blade grass and jump on it then after all of this ridiculous time keeping everybody awake, you deliver homes that are the equivalent quality of the Barbie dream house.
