Well, I live in a brand new Lennar home. Strongly recommend going with a different builder. The whole process of buying the home, getting it done, going through their lender, now in the home and the amount of things that are broken and have gone wrong, and then fixed but in the process of fixing they break more. The lack of communication and escalation. It’s horrible. They look pretty but let me tell you the quality is horrible. I believe this used to be a good company but they simply aren’t anymore.
