People are negative about the strangest things, there are a lot of negative voices in community posts about dogs. My experience has been that Timber creek is lovely. People are friendly. It's not perfect, but its a relatable resort style community. Not stuck up, and not run down. Right down the middle, great neighborhood for young families. Custodian washed trash pan and broom next to our food and stroller and towels at the pool and washed it at the outdoor pool shower. Got all her trash splatter on our stuff. No apology. Reached out to management no call back and no offer for wipes or cleaning products to clean our things. Had heard good things about this place but honestly shocked by the disrespect
Crazy that closing a bar tab is reason enough to not provide service when people have been waiting for 20 minutes. Bea should consider another career path.
Bartender Bea is not great. Waited 20 minutes for service and was notified that because I closed my tab on the previous trip that she was going to service other people at the bar because “I was causing her to slow down” as if that is something that is uncommon. Would recommend folks with a better understanding of what the service industry is. Slow and unmotivated isn’t a great look.
