I’ve been a resident of this community since it was first established five years ago, and I’ve been deeply dissatisfied since the beginning. From dealing with the HOA to the poorly maintained landscaping, it’s been an experience of constant overpromising and underdelivering. People are negative about the strangest things, there are a lot of negative voices in community posts about dogs. My experience has been that Timber creek is lovely. People are friendly. It's not perfect, but its a relatable resort style community. Not stuck up, and not run down. Right down the middle, great neighborhood for young families.
