The entire staff at Lennar is really helpful in guiding me through the house purchase process. For example, Mr Paul Henry, is always there to assist me with my questions, even after normal work hours, provided me detail instructions. Char, another amazing individual who helps post purchase fix and maintenance, handles my questions in a very professional manner, offered assistance promptly… I recommend Lennar to anyone who needs their services. Your ‘ home consultant’ rep Danielle is not a pleasant person… First I was scheduled to speak to her at 1:30pm, I cleared my calendar and made time, however she called a few mins to 2pm but missed me, there was no apology for the tardiness. When we got to speak, she sounded like I was a bother, I had to end the call abruptly even though I had more inquiries to make.
Scam! Lennar has bad reviews anyway from homeowners already but having a fake community and advertising quick move in homes and sold lots that have been sitting for over a year is extreme. Don’t waste your time on them or DR Horton. Might as well buy land and build on your own
