Lennar builds very bad quality homes.
We are currently renting a house in Thunder rock. It is a brand new home and we are the first in there. The first week we were there (july-24) we reported a leak in the sprinkler. It is now Oct and it's getting worse. With all the water shut off the meter is showing 1/2 per minute and I just got a $300 water bill. Hopefully someone at Lennar sees this and does something. Friends and community of Marble Falls, please be very cautious when dealing with Lennar and Lennar Financing. They are working together just like a crooked car dealership and go back and forth between the sales agent and loan officer several times. I recently was very deceived about a property I looked at yard size and wanted to purchase compared to the “same” property they pressured me to sign a contract on July 31.
