Lennar builds very bad quality homes.
We are currently renting a house in Thunder rock. It is a brand new home and we are the first in there. The first week we were there (july-24) we reported a leak in the sprinkler. It is now Oct and it's getting worse. With all the water shut off the meter is showing 1/2 per minute and I just got a $300 water bill. Hopefully someone at Lennar sees this and does something.
