I’m extremely disappointed with my experience purchasing a home from Lennar. As an out-of-state buyer purchasing a property intended for rental, I was very clear from the start that I needed full transparency—especially regarding the Homeowners Association (HOA). The only review you’ll need about Lennar. Be very careful. The biggest issue we had with Lennar, other than: the paint chipping, appliances breaking, roofing falling off, them promising more sod for a mud lawn that never delivered, then delivering Dead sod, the plumbing in the bathroom being Wrong, AND THE AIR CONDITIONER BREAKING THREE TIMES IN A NEW BUILD. HOA is ineffective and expensive, neighbors don't cut there grass, neighbors firing guns .HOA is none helpful 😕 Houses to close together and parking is a nightmare for our company to park .
